Jacqueline Goh
Jacqueline Goh Bee Tin holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Civil) from University Technology, Malaysia and is registered with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia.
She has more than 23 years of experience, primarily in the water & sewerage sector, which include design, tendering, project planning and implementation, construction supervision and contract administration of water treatment plants, river intakes, dams, reservoirs, pumping stations, major pipelines and sewerage treatment plants.
Goh started her career in ASIA BARU as a Civil Engineer in December 2001 and was involved in the structural design, site supervision including of site inspection to resolve all technical matters of water works projects handled by the Company. In January 2007, she was promoted to Project Engineer and subsequently further promoted to Assistant Project Manager in January 2010. In January 2014, she was promoted to Project Manager and a year later to Senior Project Manager. In January 2021, she was elevated to her current position of Executive Director.
