The Proposed Construction and Completion of Package 3 (56.27 Acres) Earthworks and Infrastructure Works for the Development of Phase 2, Automotive Industrial Park, Pekan-Peramu, Pahang Darul Makmur
The scope of works under this Project comprises of the following: –
- Site Clearance & Earthworks (primarily imported sand filling)
- Surface Drainage works (including concrete drains, sumps, pre-cast culverts etc.) and Detention Pond No. 1 & 2
- Main Drain Works – 7500mm U-drain & 3600mm X 3600mm twin box culvert (including piling)
- Road works and road furniture from Zone 1 to Zone 4
- Water Reticulation Works – 200mm diameter waterpipes & fittings from Zone 1 to Zone 4
- Elevated Water Tank (including piling)
- Sewerage Reticulation Works – Sewerage pipes at Zone 2 & Zone 4
- STP (4000 PE) – Design & Build
- Suction Tank, Pump House & Sewage Lifting Station (including piling)
- TNB Sub-Station (Double Chamber)
- Mechanical & Electrical Works (including street lightings, external telephone & internal electrical services)
- Landscaping
