Project Penyaluran Air Mentah Layang 2, Johor (No. Kontrak: KASA/BBA/K/04/2021)
The scope of works comprises of the following:
Civil Works
- Intake Works – TNB 33kV Switching Station, 33kV Consumer Switch house & Transformer Yard, Control Room and Switch House, Air Compressor House, Chemical & Schedules Waste Building, Storage Yard, Access road, drainage and sewerage and Other ancillary works
- Approximately 19km of DN1800mm raw water pumping main from existing Sg Sedili Besar Intake to an existing outfall structure at Seluyut Dam
- Laying of 250mm dia. uPVC treated water pipeline from existing Sg. Sedili Besar Intake to interconnect with RSAJ’s pipeline
Mechanical & Electrical Works
- 2 Nos. of 300Mld Band screens, 7 Nos. of penstocks c/w actuators, extension of the existing sand ejector system, 3 nos. of 150Mld @ 76.5m head vertical split casing raw water pumps c/w 1,700kW 6.6kV slip ring induction motors, pipe works and valves for 3 nos. Raw Water Pumps, Surge Vessel, pipework and valves for the new pumping system
- 33/6.6kV Switchboards, 415V Switchboard, MCC, 6.6kV motor starters and other panels, 2 nos. of 4MVA 33/6.6kV Power Transformers c/w RTCCP, 2 nos. of 300kVA 6.6/0.433KV Distribution Transformer, DC Supply units for tripping and control of switchgears, Electrical and cabling earthing system, Spare part and tools, Instrumentation and SCADA
